I was looking at the Rossi 410 lever action in Gander Mountain the other day. I was wondering if Ohio allows them to be used for deer hunting. The 410 gauge is allowed, but I wasn't sure about the Rossi lever action model. It would be a nice light gun and hopefully accurate with a scope on it.

Is there anyone out there with info on this or experience with the Rossi.

Don't know for sure, but try 1-800-WILDLIFE. That puts you in touch with ODNR. Ask to speak to someone about hunting regulations. This # I have used to answer many questions in the past.:flag:
