Started working on Blackhawk 41 mag took ejector rod schroud off and stripped it down. Have grip frame off stripped 90 percent of the finish off. I will use 2000 grit sandpaper scotchbite and either never dull wool or rouge on a dremel tool with polishing cloth wheels. Home Depot sells a kit for around $14.00. I found some nice grips with Ruger Medallions the wood is Mexican Bocote. I plan on wolf trigger spring kit Bowen rear target sites. I've never shot this gun but it was new in box paid $300.00 for it from a friend. This will be my first shot at this I saw one done on Single Sixguns forum and also on Wedealinlead form really tripped my trigger.:)
