Does Oh. have a reciprocity agreement with Pa. Lot of folks say we do, but I can't confirm that. All the sites I've visited say no.:confused: :flag:

My only guess is because we are unwilling to honor other states that do not meet our criteria for a license here in Ohio. Hence the 12 hours of training required. Keep in mind that is merely a guess.

I'm thinking that's pretty much what it is.

We lost a state or two in Florida when the state allowed military members under the age of 21 to carry which didn't go well with a few states.

Probably along the same line of thinking.

Oh well, maybe one of these years we'll get a universal CCW along the lines of a driver's license.
