Class A supervised sites require permit,they're inexpensive $24 for a year $5 for a 1 day permit,and supposedly available thru many outlets. Fin Fur Feather has them.

Thanks for posting this. Much of the land my grandpa, brother, sister, and me used to shoot on recreationally has been sold to people who do not allow us to shoot on the land, so it looks like I'll be using public ranges when I make my way back.

project finished,state map with Xs showing ODNR public rifle/pistol ranges. You can reference what the range looks like by the previous posts in this thread.



There are many other ODNR ranges,but they are shotgun/skeet/trap only and since I'm not a shotgunner,I wasn't about to search for those.

I wonder if that range in Coshocton is the one I've heard about. Would love to get out there and properly sight in my Mosin... not many places allow centerfires it seems.
