    Still has to be ratified by a 2/3rds majority of the Senate, and they've (including the DummyCrats) already passed, IIRC, 2 resolutions, one in March saying they didn't like the treaty and that Odumba shouldn't sign it, and another later that said they won't ratify it. Now, the issue becomes that the treaty, once signed, is always 'ratifiable' and a future Senate could ratify it. The only way it goes away is if a future President withdraws us, basically unsigning it. Perhaps whoever replaces Odumba will do so.
